Cloud23 implements Salesforce end to end for banks, insurers and enterprises, from discovery and solution design through configuration, integration, data migration, testing and hypercare.
A Salesforce implementation is the end-to-end delivery of a working platform: requirements and solution design, configuration and custom development, integration with surrounding systems, data migration, testing, training and go-live. Cloud23 implements Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud for organisations across Africa, India, the US and beyond, with particular depth in banking and insurance.
We deliver with blended teams: architects and consultants close to the client, backed by engineering capacity in our Hyderabad and Bucharest delivery centres. That model has carried digital onboarding programmes for Standard Bank operations in Mauritius and Botswana, Capitec Business Banking and Stanbic Bank Uganda, work that involved core banking integration, regulatory checks and multi-party journeys, not just CRM configuration.
Implementations fail for predictable reasons: vague scope, integration left until late, and testing treated as a formality. Our delivery method confronts each of these early, so the go-live date is an engineering conclusion rather than an act of hope.
What you get
The agreed blueprint for the build: data model, automation approach, integration contracts, security model and the decisions behind them.
A production-ready environment built to the design, with declarative configuration preferred and custom code held to review and coverage standards.
Working interfaces to core systems such as banking platforms, KYC services, document generation and identity providers, typically via MuleSoft or platform APIs.
Mapped, cleansed and loaded legacy data, with reconciliation reports that prove record counts and values survived the move.
Executed test cycles with traceable results, defect management and structured support for your business users through acceptance testing.
Admin and end-user training, operational runbooks, and a defined hypercare period before handover to your team or our managed services.
How we work
Workshops to confirm scope, map processes and produce the solution design, so build starts against an agreed blueprint rather than a wish list.
Sprint-based configuration and development with working software demonstrated every sprint, keeping stakeholders honest about progress.
Interfaces and migration pipelines built and rehearsed alongside the core build, not bolted on at the end.
System, integration and regression testing followed by supported user acceptance, with entry and exit criteria agreed up front.
A rehearsed cutover plan covering data, integrations, access and rollback, executed with your operations and change teams.
Intensive post-go-live support with rapid defect resolution, followed by structured handover to business-as-usual or managed services.

FAQ
An implementation is a bounded project that designs, builds and launches a Salesforce solution; managed services is the ongoing operation of the platform afterwards, covering administration, enhancements, releases and support under an agreed service model. Most organisations need both in sequence, and Cloud23 provides a structured handover from one to the other.
It depends on scope, integration complexity and decision-making speed. A focused single-cloud implementation is typically a matter of a few months, while multi-cloud, multi-country programmes run as phased releases over a longer horizon. Cloud23 scopes a first release narrow enough to go live quickly and prove the platform, then extends from there.
The main drivers are the number of business processes in scope, the volume and complexity of integrations, data migration effort, and how much custom development is needed beyond configuration. Licensing is a separate cost paid to Salesforce. A short scoping exercise produces a realistic estimate before you commit to a full programme.
Yes. Rescue work starts with an honest assessment of what exists: what is sound and worth keeping, what must be reworked, and why the programme stalled, which is usually a mix of scope, architecture and governance. From there we re-plan delivery around a smaller, achievable first release rather than resuming the original plan unchanged.
Alongside, by preference. We structure delivery so your administrators, developers and analysts work inside the programme, and enablement is a formal deliverable rather than an afterthought. The goal is a platform your organisation can genuinely own after handover.
