Senior Salesforce Developer

Build and extend enterprise Salesforce solutions for financial-services clients — from Apex and Lightning Web Components to large-scale integrations — while mentoring developers across the team.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain large-scale integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using ETL and middleware tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
• Optimise performance of high-volume implementations, applying bulk processing and asynchronous patterns (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events).
• Review code and enforce development standards, test coverage and secure coding practices across the delivery team.
• Work with architects and consultants to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to technical decision-making on client engagements.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale integrations, including ETL and middleware such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise performance in high-volume orgs, including bulk and asynchronous processing.
• Experience mentoring or leading developers on enterprise projects.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification advantageous; financial-services project experience a plus.
