Salesforce Consultant

Run discovery, shape requirements and configure Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients, working closely with stakeholders from workshop to go-live.

What you’ll do

• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and current-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritised backlog with the client.
• Configure Salesforce declaratively — objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts — to deliver agreed designs.
• Support testing and user acceptance, resolving gaps between expected and delivered behaviour.
• Prepare and deliver end-user training and documentation ahead of go-live.
• Manage stakeholder expectations day to day, flagging risks and scope questions early to the engagement lead.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting, business analysis or advanced administrator role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; consultant certifications (such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant) advantageous.
• Strong declarative configuration skills, including Flow.
• Experience facilitating workshops and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Confident stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication.
• Exposure to financial-services processes advantageous.
